Hi all, (and sorry for my bad english...)

Here is my problem : I've recently noticed that some new dialup connections named either
"DirectDialler" or "Dialler XXX" were created among my normal one using ramdom nameusers.
As I hadn't changed anything, I became a little bit suspicious and found in C/WINDOWS some
    programs called "Windial32", "runwin32", "wininet32" plus others applications called "P", "Q"
and "Z". Some of them couldn't be removed manually so I decided to run Antivir. I thought that
would have solved my problem but now I have trouble while surfing on the net : everything
is slow : from typing an email to scrowling up and down a web page...I've ran Ad-aware 6 and save
the Hijackthis Log as mentionned in the 3 steps. can anyone tell me what I should do next ?
I'm thinking of formating my PC to get rid of all those damn problems, is it a good solution ??
    Thanks.

First download CWshredder from either http://www.thespykiller.co.uk or https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=14086 then Run it
Close all browser windows, click on the cwshredder.exe then click "FIX" (Not "Scan only") and let it do it's thing.

Reboot After running cwshredder and as soon as possible follow this advice:
Now as CWS Hijacks are normally installed via the byte verifier exploit in M$ JavaVM, just surfing a page with an infected applet can install it with no user participation. So once you’ve run the above, it is vital that you go here, click Scan for updates in the main frame, and download and install all CRITICAL updates recommended.

then reboot & see if problems are gone

post a new log to check please

    Hi,
It looks like your advice was a good one ! It took me ages to download the windows update programs as I have no ADSL connection but it was worth it. Everything goes faster. Still have some trouble to enter web sites though.
Here is the new Hijackthis Log. Anything suspicious ?
