    Hello jewdogg,

    Download CWShredder.

Reboot in SAFE MODE and then open CWShredder. Run FIX and let it do what it can.

Reboot in normal mode and post a fresh log

    Regards

Run hijackthis, tick these entries listed below and ONLY these entries, double check to make sure, then make sure all browser & email windows are closed and press fix checked

    F1 - win.ini: run=C:\WINNT\System32\services\services.exe

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {A711DA21-8F8D-4344-9BF5-510D6C496409} - C:\WINNT\System32\ddicdk.dll (file missing)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

Reboot into safe mode by following instructions here: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406
then as some of the files or folders you need to delete may be hidden do this:
Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    and Delete these folders
    C:\WINNT\System32\services

    then
Reboot normally & follow the rest of the advice here https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=163973&postcount=12
