It may be important for us to know what versions of Windows and HijackThis you are using, so removing the header is not helping anyone. It will not reveal any compromising information.

Please download and run:

http://home.planet.nl/~kleyn080/uninst.exe Direct download link.

Then reboot, run HijackThis again and post a full log.

It appears that you are still posting the original log, both here and in the new thread you started. If you haven't already done so, please download and run the peper trojan removal tool that Pieter asked you to run earlier in this thread.

Reboot, then run HijackThis again and post that resulting log file.

If you have already done the above, just post a new log file from HijackThis and someone will help you get your system cleaned up. Thanks.

 

the peper trojan remover won't install right.it gets half way through then exits.

Could you please mail C:\WINDOWS\System32\BzfgeN.exe and C:\WINDOWS\System32\UbgrYPnp.exe to the address in my profile.
I would like to check if this is a new version.

Then download and install Regprot from http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=regprot

Then check the following item in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [2P6WFAX43ZHE7C] C:\WINDOWS\System32\UbgrYPnp.exe

After you clicked Fix checked you will get a warning from Regprot about a new Runkey being added. Deny permission by clicking No.

Then reboot into safe mode and try the uninstaller again.

I don't know where to look for the file!!

 

I am pretty sure I don't have that peper trojan because I have Norton,SpyBot,Adaware, and jv16 power tools (registry cleaner).

 

Just do a search for it, then copy the file.

I try to do a run to look for the file and it said it could bot find the file or it doesn't exist.It does that for both of the ones you want me to email.

 

I did a search for and couldn't find it.Also that peper trojan remover may have worked because now when I do a scan I don't see those 2 in the list anymore.

Above is my most recent log file..

 

The first log file I posted was about a day or two old,the last log file is the newest one.I may have gotton rid of the hijack becase I messed around with spybot and adaware and changed a few things and now I don't get popups nearly as bad.But I still can't figure out why "iexplorer.exe" doesn't end when I close my browser.
