Hijacked Home Page

Help!
My home page has been hijacked by greatsearch.biz and I can't seem to get rid of it.
I've run Ad-ware and CS-Shreader but they have not corrected the problem.
I've tried to change the home page through Settings-Internet but my computer will not allow me to select this option.
I have been able to select internet options through the tools menu- by dragging and clicking on internet options. However changing the home page does not remain permenantly.
I am operating under Windows XP.

Have only HijackThis running and fix the following (it's best you put hijackthis in a seperate folder of choice, like c:\hijackthis, for backup purposes) :

After doing sthis restart your PC and remove (if still present) :

CWShredder
