Hi Tobias and Welcome to the forum!
I moved your thread to the HijackThis experts area for your best answers and reviews over your HJT log.
What surprises me for a win98 system is this one
    C:\WINDOWS\SVCHOST.EXE
but i leave it all on the experts!

Thnx Jooske, yes you're right :)

    Hi tobiasdr,

Have only HijackThis running and fix :

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.777search.com

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Update] C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe /i

Restart PC after doing so and remove :

    C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe <- this file

Reset desired startpage back in IE options

    Hope this helps

    Cheers,

    Fix entry again :

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Update] C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe /i

Make sure you have set to show hidden files/folders : Here's How

Restart again in safe mode and see if you can spot it and delete it

    Keep us posted

    Cheers,

Each log you have posted has had a process which mimics a legitimately named process -- butit is running from the Temp folder
    The first time it was
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\MSNMSGR.EXE
    The senoc time
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\NWIZ.EXE

Try killing that process before fixing your startup entries (not sure what it will be called this time :) )
To terminate the process use Use Taskmanager (Ctrl-Alt-Del)
    (or use Process Explorer)

Empty the contents of the TEMP folder including subfolders as soon as you can (and take not of any that won't let you delete them

In addition to the file mentioned by Unzy - I have a suspicion that the unregmp2.exe file is 'dirty'

Remove this entry with HijackThis (but hold on to the backup that HJT makes)
    O4 - Startup: Finish Installing....lnk = C:\WINDOWS\INF\unregmp2.exe

Also empty the TIF (Temporary Internet Files)
To do so use Control Panel > Internet Options(or right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Properties)
Click Delete Files on the General Tab - place a check in the Delete all offline content box and then press OK
