    I've received a few of those calls. Had quite a bit of fun with the last one. After letting them go thru about 20 minutes of sales pitch, answering all kinds of questions, I finally told them that I don't have any plastic.

    And the people who can ill afford it at best of times get scammed. What goes in the mind of the people taking advantage of other people misery. Not much I don't think
