Hi there New to Group

Hi there People:
I'm new to the group, came across this from MSN Spyguard form. Anyways this is great sight and just what I've been looking for.
Now my Question, I used a spyware a few years ago (not sure which one now) anyways either I didn't know how to use it or something for when I used it the PC was not working well seems like it deleted items that it thought shouldn't be in the registory but unfortunetly I did need them. I know a bit about computers but is this MRU Blaster simular if it deletes items in registurey will it be safe to do this.
I run a spyware checker the other day and have at least 23 items that need to be removed includeing 3 or 4 in my registory. I'm a little nerves doing this after last time.
Any Help here sure would be appriciated.
