I did a clean install of Windows XP Pro Service Pack 3.
    I updated everything.

I noticed that if I installed Windows Installer 4.5 and .NET Framework before installing PrevX SO facebook edition, the installer crashes (an error report shows up) but PrevX notified me that it was successfully installed but SafeOnline protection is disabled...

I tried enabling it and it did but
then I did a keylog test using zemana keyboardsomething.

SafeOnline is not working!!! zemana successfully captured my keystrokes >_<

my bad for my bad english lol

right now my system tray is waiting for PrevX, its not complete without it :(

Did you try navigating to an HTTPS site and then checking if your zemana keyboard.exe can log keystrokes?

Logging is disabled on HTTP sites by default.

    Hello :)
Please check your PMs! I've sent you a link for a test version, let me know if that works any better.

The crash happened again here (did the uninstaller, and install alpharelease)

I, then continued to test its protection (now on HTTPS) using zemana keylogsomething.

I definitely suspect there is something on your PC preventing Prevx from installing properly. If you'd be interested, we can provide remote tech support to get Prevx working properly - please send me a PM with when you'd be available and we can schedule a time!

    got it workin' :)
I also noticed, same thing happened on my Avast, it can't detect anything even eicar test file.
I did a clean install of Windows XP again and installed PrevX and Avast without installing Windows Installer 4.5 and .NET framework 3.5
both of them are working great now.

probably a problem in my OS.. but still its a clean install... so I don't really have a clue XDD

I really suspect .NET framework / Windows Installer

    I love you PrevX :D
