What exactly did you try that didn't work?
Let us have the "full" path to hpqdirec.exe as it exist's on your system.

HP would have you replace/update the Director with Solution Center COL10861.exe a slow 224mb download. Just scroll down on that second link to have a look. Luckily my Director is fine.

I downloaded COL10861.exe ( 1hr.20mins ) and everything is working ok now, but i noticed something had opened a limited account called ASP.net,( Could this be a hacker) so i deleted it. I scanned with SAS and Drweb and found nothing.

You probably dont need to worry about it apart from why it is created but here is some info on ASP.net.

    Hi Meriadoc,
Thanks for all the info, Much appreciated.I have no need for ASP.net, so I don't have a problem.
