HELPPPPPPPPP!!!!! i got a virus :(

OK i got a virus and i think they are st.exe and netdc.exe only (no netda.exe or netdb.exe)

in HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Window NT/Winlogon
i find that the shell part has a value of
explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\netdc.exe
i know netdc.exe is a virus so i delete it
and when i reboot my computer that registry key comes back!!!
but there's no netdc.exe in WINDOWS folder, and there's no netdc.exe running in the background... but the registry value keeps coming back

i actually feel suspicious about st.exe so i deleted it. the problem is, whenever i start my computer, st.exe is remade and restarted. also, i couldn't find any registry value that would RUN this file.

i also ran norton antivirus, but it says my computer doesn't have any virus.
i started getting st.exe since that 10 sudden pop-ups when i went into some site (doesn't remember wut it was

so...uh... i need help.

 

o also, i just turned off my norton i'm gonna turn it again
