Help!

    Hello, I am having a problem with the Win32.Pinfi virus that Norton detected. I have followed their removal instructions, and it has not worked. Can someone help or recommend anything? Thanks

    Try removing it in safe mode.

    I have, it seems to have removed all the replicas from the original, but i cant emove the source. I know where the file that is effected, but i cant seem to correct it with any form of antivirus :(. Anything else i could do?
