right now this thing shows up and it says check dcsuserprot.ex <-what it said on the processgurad statusand on system status it said Error in initialization so what the heck?
Uninstall and reinstall. Just done it - had the same problem. But uninstall every bit of the program! (use JV16 Power Tool for. e.g. to remove registry-remnants). Reboot twice then reinstall!
You are a bit short on details of the problem you are seeing, so here is just a guess. Are you launching Process Guard from a Limited User Account? If you want to remove Process Guard, try using Safe Mode. Then re-install it from Normal Mode.
