    Pieter,

It worked!! . Very good job!!!

I do have two logs for you. First log with network cable unplug and second log with network cable plugged back on and access to internet.

I had the network cable unplug all time until the problem was fixed.

Please let me know any problem with 2 logs.

    Thank you very much.
    John.

First log with network cable unplug:

    Yikes.

OK. In taskmanager endtask this process:
    jljpytts.exe

    and delete this file:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\jljpytts.exe

    Then Fix this entry:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qhxbkpwj] C:\WINDOWS\System32\jljpytts.exe

Then use the Disk Cleanup Utility to empty all your Temp folders.

    Regards,

    Pieter

This is the new startup entry it made, but the file seems to be gone:

    So have HijackThis Fix:
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [sagnt] C:\Windows\sagnt.exe

Please read How did this happen and can I prevent it?

    Regards,

    Pieter
