Help with Spyware Blaster

    I have just been looking at the seb site and I wonder if someone can please help me.? I cannot see if I have to do anything to the said program for me to enable it . Please help.

    Welcome to Wilders Security Forums!! :)

    Well, you don't have to do much but, you do have to do something after installing it...

    (See the image below.) You must install SpywareBlaster, then, you must run it; press the "Select All" items button, (see that the checkmarks are all set) and then press the "Protect Against Checked Items!" button and finally "OK". This will set all the protection and then you are done!

    If you don't do this, then, it is as if you never downloaded and installed SpywareBlaster.

    Also, keep in mind that when you check for updates and then download them they are, by default, unselected so you need to repress select all and then protect.

    Is there a way to just erase the items listed in the SpyWare Database instead of checking them ?

    Hi squid,

    What do you mean by erase?
    That only the ones you aren't protection from (yet), show up?
