Help with renewal. Support is bad

My current licence expires Mar 3rd. I would like to renew my licence plus aquire a license for second PC. I want both these to be valid for 2 years. Can you please tell me who I can write to who can tell my the price and provide help.

I have already sent two emails to the Chinese reseller from where I got the current licence (email address support @ version-2. com. cn) and there is absolutely no respone. Can I switch to a more responsive reseller or renew my licences from a new source

 

Generally you can , if you insist on doing so . Can you send mail to ESET Support or Sales Dept and they'll help you contact this reseller or guide you with proper instructions/suggestions

I would prefer to switch resellers for a couple of reason, but the main reason being I cannot communicate properly with the Chinese reseller due to the language.

Can you recommend a "service" oriented reseller with good prices
