I have a Windows 2000 Server RAID 3 configuration. When purchased from Dell, Dell configured the "C" Partition with only 4 Gb. Needless to say, We only have 800 Mb left on that partition.

I did complete a full backup.

We purchased Disk Director 9.0 earlier this week with the latest build. We are ready to attempt repartitioning. We have another partition "D" with 37Gb of free space. I wanted to take at least 15 Gb of the free space and add to "C". When attempting to do that, Disk Director does not recognize the "D" drive. I am assuming it is because of it being RAID.

What are your recommendations on completing this successfully?

    Hello ThomMiles,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Director Suite (http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/diskdirector/).

First of all could you please clarify whether you are unable to see the D drive under Windows or when booting from Acronis Bootable CD?

Also please tell the model of your RAID controller.

    Thank you.
