You do not have enough permissions to manage Acronis Backup Server. If you want to be able to manage it, add user profile with administrator rights in the Acronis Backup Server. (0x2D0014)

    Hello sisco22,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Corporate Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please make sure you are using the same administrator user account under which Acronis Backup Server was initially installed (you may need to specify the user name in the form: SERVER\USER or DOMAIN\USER).

If the issue persists, please collect some information to help us study it thoroughly:

Please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> System Tools -> Local Users and Groups -> Groups -> open AcronisBackupServerUsers group and create a screenshot.

Please also connect to Acronis Backup Server and create a screenshot of the User Profiles section.

Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

    Thank you.
