    Windows 7 64bit

Everything was fine and then i was on the internet just reading up on a few
things then suddenly comodo pop up message about a program wanting access. I forgot what it was. :(

Then I think I shut off internet explorer and tried to open it again and the 64bit won't open but the 32bit explorer will.

I reset the comp and on logon my background was black! And something was denying me access to every thing on window. Or it just could not find it!

I had to press ctrl + alt + del to access start task manager and a whole host of services was disable. I tried to enable some of it but still same problem and I can't change the sound volume and 100% resitricted access to opening files.

It was good that I had a 2nd OS install and load that up and scan with NOD and it found nothing!! So not sure what is going on? There must be a virus but not even NOD is detecting it!

So please help me I do not want to reimage it cause it is an old image so what do I do? Nothing supercious is loaded in services so what is happening??

    Thanks!!

It works now! Yes I thought of a system restore and everything back to normal.

Though like to ask how come we can't ask for help on this forum? Or should I asked in the Nod forum since I have nod32?

    Thanks

What do you mean you can't ask for help in this forum? You did ask and got a reply where to go to check for malware. The sites there are specialised for just malware removal. If in future you think Eset couldn't find some malware then use sysinspector log
