[HELP] uTorrent + Soulseek incompatibility

Hello everyone,

I hope this problem haven't came up yet (quite strange if so). i've tried for days looking for solutions and came up with zero.

I have recently replaced my computer and updated to NOD32 3.0.672.0 - to this point i used older version which didn't have any problem with either uT or Sk.
Now after installing those programs and open ports in my router as usual - i get messages saying the ports are still closed. i realized this is something NOD32 is doing but got really confused when viewed the menus in the program.

how can I make those programs work with NOD32 like they used to?

The latest version of ESET NOD32 Antivirus v3 is 3.0.684, so update to the latest version or to v4 (4.0.437) and then check how are things. If there any problem, try to add in exclusions uTorrent and Soulseek.
How do I exclude certain files or folders from real-time scanning? (3.0)

I should have thought about updating myself.
my p2p programs worked fine after i updated NOD32 so it wasn't necessary to complete your instructions.
I still get messages telling me the specific ports are closed - if they are closed this means my d/l speed would decrease dramtically.

what should i do? intriguing
