    hi everyone,

i am finding it difficult to find a way to restore an image in a specific way...

i create a sysprep image that works on different models of pcs and laptops and backed up the image as a tib file.

How do i have a user

(by putting a boot CD or usb then the DVD/CD/usb that has the image,,or even better the boot files and the tib image are in the same media)

to do a restore with almost no interaction? just click and the image is restored onto the destination HD?

i dont get the one click restore as i tried it and it didnt work....it didnt do anything...

    any help is appreciated

    thx

    sofiane

    Hello benzaza,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Could you please clarify, what version and build of Acronis True Image are you using? You can find the full version name and build number by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window.
Could you please clarify, were there any error messages? When exactly did they appear? What exactly did they say? What was the sequence of actions that lead to error?

    Thank you.
