help updating Adaware professinal to new version

can someone please help me? i updated my personal on the laptop but the PC has the professinal editon.

 

I have AA Plus and I had to find the user name and password that I was given when I first got the SE version before I could upgrade.

Hopefully, you printed the e-mail from Lavasoft that contained those details, otherwise, you will have to work back through your old e-mail to find it.

 

click on upgrade center and add Order number and email adress here

 

couldn't find it so i uninstalled and installed the personal editon

 

If you haven't already got it, you will be getting an email from Lavasoft announcing the upgrade and telling you what to do to obtain it.

You should be able to follow the links and get your details that way. Seems a shame to give up if you've paid for the Pro version, especially if you made use of the features not included in the Personal version.
