Help, unidentified virus

My brother's internet explorer will no longer connect to any sites, and he has a new file appearing in his processess list, mrjj.exe, if anyone has any idea how to remove this thing, help will be much appreciated

 

Once he closes internet explorer, the process remains open, using a good bit of memory

 

Looks like a baddie( Puper-E Trojan),

Might be best to post a HijackThis log over at this site,

for analysis by the experts there and wait for recommendations on any malware found on the infected system.
