    Download ESET SysInspector
    http://www.eset.com/download/sysinspector.php


    Start it , leave it make a log . Press File -> Save log and save a log somewhere on your PC. Write email to ESET Technical Support (support@eset.com) , include a link to this forum thread and make sure you attach the log file of ESET SysInspector
