I installed BD Pro 9 on my Dad's PC and he's quite upset because it looks like the AS module in BD Pro 9 has deleted or hidden some of his incoming email. He's my Q, assume if an email comes in and BD treats it as spam, where does BD place or put this email, I mean it must got some where where I can go into to see it and read it.

Also part of it was my fault because I did not train the AS module.

what e-mail client are you using?
Try to check there your trash or spam folders than see whether BD AS has some options there...I don't have it installed on my computer and that's all I can say for now. :(

    Bump-
I too am interested in the case of the missing email. Recently tried Bitdefender 9 Pro and obseved email being scanned and then disappear. Checked out quarantine and junk mail; all the usual suspects and found nothing at all. Anybody have an idea?
