I have Norton Personal Firewall 2005, and it's not recognizing any outbound connections. I have no outbound protection. I have tried a clean install, installing the Windows Script Host again, and restoring default rules, and nothing works. Note: I noticed that McAfee also can't install the Security Center. Maybe these things are connected in some way?
