Help Please!

I'm not usre if 'm allowed to do this but i desperatly need help. I downloaded a bogus codec for smething i cant remember now but it was something important. Now i have lots of Zlob an this little stuid icon in the taskbar that pops up with a tooltip every 2 mins saying i need antivirus stuff. I know its fake, but its annoying as crap. nothing else has downloaded and i ahve cleaned most everything but that stupid icon and these stupid trojans. PLease Help.

Thanks for your help, I found a removal tool called SmitFraudFix to remove what I had: Virus Burster. I ran that from safe mode and now its gone thanks anyway.
