    ya im back with more bs.....need help with wupdmgr.exe and osaupd.exe
    i have googled both but cannot find directions for deleting them......i know they are not supposed to be on my process list.....please help with deletion....

    Since osaupd.exe has been known to be related to SpyFalcon....did you ever follow the suggestion given in your SpyFalcon thread about visiting one of the HighJackThis Forums ?

    I suggest you visit at least one of the 3 sites contained in the quote below to solve your problem.
