help, new install

    when i go to download the program the page comes up to enter my user name and password, but will not take the info that was sent to me by eset after purchase. the window does say "warning this server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic autentication without a secure connection)

    what? how do I get eset to take my user name and password. I have contacted eset thru their form but they have no phone to contact a support person.
