Help!Need some opinion!

    Now my pc internet suddenly disconnect and the modem internet colour change from green to red!After few minute,it change to red again n internet bcome normal.So it is a modem problem or internet provider problem or my PC been infected?I using ESS5

    check the router logs, that will tell you if there is a disconnect there. Check event viewer logs on you comp to see if there are any issues there too.

    How to check?And how to know that it is a problem?

    Well if the modem leds change colour there's a 99% chance of issues with your modem / provider.

    Well that's pretty impossible for me to say :). You'd have to contact your ISP about that.

    Hello,

    In cases where that has occurred to me, it has been because my Internet Service Provider was performing maintenance on the ADSL or Cable modem.
