Help! My Internet Explorer has been taken over!

Hi,
I am new to this site and need some help please...
I recently have recieved a virus that has taken over the homepage of my Internet Explorer. Every time I go into explorer's tools/internet options and change the homepage address to msn.com or anything else. After I close explorer and re-open it it always opens with a new home page that tells me some kind of spyware has been found on my system and needs to be removed. I have been at it for 2 days now and have gotten no where.

I have ran Spy Sweeper, Spy Killer, Spy bot, Bazooka Spyware, Ad-aware 6, Norton System Works and Hijack this.

Hi-jack this has given me a system log, I was told that someone could look at this and tell me what should be repaired. I have attached the log to this forum. I can be contacted at ~snipped~ @ hotmail com
