Help me get rid of Second Thought....

Hey,

I don't know how or where I ended up getting this virus, but after downloading at least 3 spyware programs (ad-aware, spybot, etc..) second thought still comes up whenever I restart my computer (just a webpage and a prompt asking me to install it). After scanning my computer a million times, I still cannot get rid of this bug. I have a feeling it has embedded itself in my system restore files and keeps refreshing itself every time I turn on my computer. I would like to avoiding turning off the system restore, if I can. Please help!!!

Restart PC after doing soand remove :

c:\installer\id53.exe <- this file

If 2nd thought indeed is detected in the _restore folder, then the only way to get rid of it is turn of system restore, do a fresh restart and enable system restore again
