Can someone please help?!?! For the last TWO months we have been getting cut off from our Internet and Phone sytems intermittently. Both the Internet and phones will go down for 3 minutes up to 2 hours, several times a day - sometimes together, sometimes individually. We are the only suite in the building that this is happening to. We have had Comcast out here at least 20 times, our IT Company here minimum 25 times and the Building Manager and Chief Engineer here every other day. They are all pointing their fingers at each other. ALL the equipment and wiring has been replaced at least once. The modems have actually been replaced three times. One thing I should mention, two months before this started to happen, a "government agency" moved directly upstairs from us. Any Ideas
With the caliber and amount of people you already have involved it is only a matter of time before it is resolved.
