I just happly buy 1.2 ver and I neet to ask:

    1)what it meen's when in the rule I have " registry value * " what does * meen's?

    2)what is wildcards?

    3)why I can't edit a exsisting rule?

4)and if it posebal to have in the registry valude that is
    a> read blocked
b> if the app know the path he can Write ther after using ther ask rule for it.

like ntfs when you can give modifay and deny someting.

if what i ask is not an option please try to give it in the next version of the regdefend.

    a lot of thank's

The * means to "protect" all registry values.

The helpfile has information on wildcards.

The only part of a rule you can't change is the registry KEY and registry VALUE. You can however change the settings for keys and values. If you need to edit the key or value itself, simply delete the rule and add it how you like.

I don't quite understand what you are wanting here, would you be able to rephrase it at all? Thanks.
