Help : i have a huge problem

    Helllllllllllllllpppppppppp I am new here and have no idea what to do.
    I ordered a product on line and they said they would send a confirmation email with my password and everything. They did not send it but they chaged the money on my credit cards. These idiots....
    I really need the antivirus and i honestly do not know what to do

    What product? If not an ESET product call your credit card company.
