HELP! I dont know what to do ...

    I have this virus or something, ok it was my thought I shouldnt of went on a crack site so my bad. But please help me! Popups every 5 seconds the internet is so slow, I cant download AVG or anything like that. Toolbars, fake error screens the whole lot please help :(

    Which anti-virus/anti-trojan are your running? Which operating system?
    Can you get into safe-mode with dial-up/internet to download some software?
