Help, How to make restore disc w/ BACKUP

How can you make a SYSTEM RECOVERY DISC with the system backup all on one DVD disc??

I've made a backup, and from what I read on download.com you could make as sytem restore disc, i've bought the software and looked everywhere. Unless I am missing something is this not possible Nero won't let me open the image and add anything to it, and nero also wont open the backup file to add to disc. Now there has got to be a way to do this, Just like the OEM system recovery disc.

Considering I don't want the backup to remain on the computer, I want it on a DISC. THANKS!
