( HELP ) Error message??? Analysis of application protocols will not function

-An error occurred while starting services,Analysis of application protocols (POP3,HTTP)will not function-


After restarting my computer, the error message above appeared. I've read some of the threads in this forum but still don't understand how to solve this problem.
I've tried several methods trying to solve it such as reinstalling but the problem remained.

Any other more recommendations?

 

this has been discussed here https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1477943&postcount=198, but so far there is no permanent solution. Temp solution is to restart your computer (sometimes even several times) until "red icon" is gone. This however "solves" the problem until next time problem appears...then restart again....

Hopefully with new Anti-Stealth and Self-Defense modules (coming in a few days) this will be resolved for good.
