"HELP" error code “3 (0x640003” Operation terminated by user

Hi there I have a customer who has Acronis Disk Director Server 10.0 installed on their server and I am trying to make the C-Drive Partition bigger as it is only 5 gigs.

I have tried doing it automatically and manually and it goes through the all of the setup and such but on final boot up I get error code “3 (0x640003” Operation terminated by user.

I have tried a few fixes that I read here but to no avail. As you can see with the screen shot I took it does create another drive that’s not partitioned BUT I want that 7.95 GB to be part of C: not its own.

Please help.

Ok so I tried a disk merge and now I am unable to boot the pc. any suggestions?
