help deleting trojans

    Hi can somebody please help me,iv recently got a couple of trojans on my pc iv had them before which i have quite easily found and deleted no probs.but avg says it cant heal them,they are getting really annoying now if any 1 can help i would be very greatfull.
    This time iv got them in these files.
    c:\windows\system32\sysps-spsy.exe
    c:\windows\system32\64sp.exe
    c:\windows\system32\winmm64.exe
    c:\windows\system32\ntors-64.exe
    c:\windows\system32\syms326464.exe
    c:\windows\system32\syms.exe
    c:\windows\system32\hh32ormss.exe

    The trojans are dropper.small.6.aj
    and startpage.9.bg
    programs used are avg 6.0
    ad-aware 6
    spybot search and destroy
    spyware blaster
    sygate personal firewall
    cookie wall
    and a popup stopper
    using windows me

    If you want to help find trojans Do full port scans here scan.syagte.com or you can go to www.grc.com and follow the links to shields up and test ur ports and if any come up open you may have a Trojan
