help! can't eliminate cws

I have the coolwebsearch malware on my computer. In this variant, when I do a search on the google website, the results are bogus. THey are made to look like real results, but are actually all links to products, etc.

I have tried many tools, including cwshredder, I uninstalled Microsoft Java VM,
ran security updates. I can remove the bug, but it always reappears on startup, and sometimes appears randomly.
