AVS will not except any new activation code(I'm using a new e-mail address)

whenever I enter the activation code, I get this message 'Your Local date does not match the date on activation server'

can somebody PLEASE!!! HELP with this situation? I really need AVS as my antivirus program, or does anybody have a code which works?

    thanks for any help!!!

I've experienced this issue on numerous pc's using numerous "unused" keys to no avail. It's time to switch to a new AV.

Hmm, AOL have sent notes about 'dissassociating' over AVS and offering VScan instead... via email sent to AOL/AIM members.

...test drive AOL's new alliance with mcAfee' VScan. It got 3 major components as choices for you to incorporate.

Even if there was a way, you may run into a problem with updating.

If you can't update them, antivirus programs become obsolete very fast. Unless you can update the program through Kaspersky, why would you even want to install it? AOL started to fire a lot of employees and hired a new CEO is changing the direction of the company. The previous one wanted to offer free services to expand the subscriber base of AOL. The new person wants to focus on making AOL something like a mini-Google. And also even possibly cutting down on the internet connection suscribtion services.
