I just received a retail copy of NOD32 from newegg (picture attached) that I decided to get with a RAM upgrade. To my surprise I found that the serial/activation number area is blank.. I purchased it for $35 if I knew the activation number was going to be blank I would have just purchased it strait from ESET and downloaded it from the site..

What should I do? I can't register my product.

When I buy my software I buy the versions that I can download. I don't have it shipped.

I would send it back to newegg - they'll get a replacement product to you.
