I was unable to make HDM 14 work on my system. Probably this very advanced program was beyond my knowledge level, and was overkill for my purposes anyway. I asked for a refund on this forum, and got a very quick response and refund from Paragon. I appreciate the professional way this was handled. Thanks. (I edited out a description of my problems since I don't think they would apply to other peoples' situations and I don't want to leave the impression that I thought there was something wrong with the program.
