HDM 12 Suite activation questions

Wanting to buy Hard Disk Manager 12 Suite and use the Christmas offer
for 3 licences...

My question: Is it possible to activate the product offline?

Reason for asking is that my Win7 PCs are pretty much locked down using outbound protection in Win 7 firewall. It would be much easier for me activating using e.g. my account at Paragon through another PC. I know TI has such a solution for offline activation, but know nothing about Paragon.


And a follow-up:
IF offline activation is not possible, what is the name and position of the exe in HDM responsible for contact with the activation server at Paragon?

I haven't buyed the product yet because I need this sorted out.

 

AFAIK, Paragon does not require activation.

I need only two of the licenses in this offer in the nearest future.
Is there a time-limit before using the third one or can I use it in say half a year on a new PC.

I doubt it is a problem since it is a regular Paragon license not one of those "deal of the day" licenses which people find are no good if they have to reinstall later.

Not really different than reinstalling everything from scratch at a later date.
