I downloaded/installed a free version of Backup and Restore 14 compact on 4/29/14. I saw an error reported on one of my USB HDs which was not seen on any of the regular HD checking programs (eg Computer/Disk Management). The error said "collect LOG files and send to support team". I have a number of JPG files with info about this problem and drive (WD 5000 AAK USB Drive). How can I upload the JPG files for someone to analyze what's the problem? I know I don't have free technical support but I believe I am reporting a program error and I don't need technical/operating help. Thanks
