Having trouble using Sysprep on Dell computers and True Image 8.0

    I have two computers a Gx-200 (circa 2000) and a Gx-240 (circa 2003) (Win 2k) I ran sysprep and the "mini" option. The sysprep seemed to run OK, I then took the Adronis image and then successfully loaded it on the new gx-240. The O/S began booting and then the BSOD appeared stating the "the boot device could not be found".

    Has anyone successfully tried this scenario, or know to make it work?

    Is it because the HAL structure is different?
