I think the new iMac G5 is very nice.

But how to get rid of the heat generated from such a close enclosure?

    It's a "laptop" really ... hmmm ...

    d;-)

Ha! you brought a smile to my face again Ron...you manage to say it all in a word... :D :D...

My Son came by to-day, he has the latest Apple Lap-top (or Notebook), never have grasped the difference....to show me the new aquisition....he's an IT Graduate and programmer extraordinaire so to speak and he has a Mac installed on this piece of kit, ( he thinks it is the way to go)........but whilst he was attempting to show me what it could do (which is a lot I might add) he had the film 'The Matrix' running as a small Window all the time??.....made my head ache....so I came to the conclusion that everything is good, it just depends on what you actually want to do with it....Right?.......... :D

It bothers me at times when you mention security to mac users. You know, their eyes glaze over and they look they may pass out at any time.

Oh My God......need I say more........... :D :D :D :D....I mentioned Security with regard to Mac and 'Wireless' and he looked like he was frozen in time!!... :D :D :D....isn't life wonderful when your children get the feeling that they have just been pooped on by their parents and they kind of realise that they DON'T know everything............. :D :D and then have to go into 'Waffle' mode.. :D In the hope they can blind you with science. I just love this cut and thrust.....my Son (he's 3:cool: has at least 24 years head start on me as far as Computers are concerned but he's STILL not sure whether or not I know more than him (which believe me, I don't)..but you know what they say about Bullshine baffling brains..... :D :D :D
