    Ver 9.1 Workstation

Having problem with backup. It just hangs suddenly.
Have tried ftp got almost the whole name entered and logged in.
Tried with USB disk also hangs in different places.

All the backup I've tried is using the rescue media.

I can not run on a dv9000z. Or at least I can not get it to run.
Having same problem on another workstation.
Have contacted support but until now I results, started with them on 10/20.

    HELP PLEASE?

    Hello dkjkj,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please note that an FTP server must allow passive mode for file transfers. It is also recommended that you change the source computer firewall settings to open Ports 20 and 21 for both TCP and UDP protocols and disable the Routing and Remote Access Windows service.

I would recommend that you make sure you use the latest build (3832) of Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation. Create a new Acronis True Image Bootable Rescue Media using the latest build add check if the issue persists. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If the issue persists with the latest build, please explain your step-by-step actions which you took that led you to this issue. Please also make a screen shots of all your steps, if possible.

Please clarify when exactly the program hangs.

Does the same issue present if you use Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation in Windows?

Could you please also let us know your Acronis request # (e.g. [Acronis #123456]) which was sent to you in autoreply to your letter? We will find out the reason for the delay. If you have not received an autoreply then please send us a Private Message containing your e-mail address.

    Thank you.
