H300 errors

    Hi Marserobert have faith in Joe he will fix your problem one way or another, he has helped me many, many times and I have never had a problem using Prevx support also when I had a license problem I use Prevx on 3 machines and I do allot of reinstalls but not as many now that I use Acronis True Image 2010 and VMware Workstation to run and test different programs and test malware so be assured your case is in good hands!

    Hello ALL, I have read through this thread as this is my first time here. Marse I am not sure what you did to resolve your H300 Error message you were receiving but I am interested in what you did to STOP receiving the Error L055 Message which seems to be the same type of thing.

    I started receiving this message Christmas Day and have tried to deal with PrevX Support and am EXTREMELY frustrated at the LACK thereof. I am still trying to resolve my Issue with Prevx saying I can ONLY use my Prevx on one system etc. I ONLY have ONE system. No laptops or any Beta Testing etc.

    I am extremely frustrated with Prevx and only started using it after it was recommended to me by a friend who swears by it. I like what I have seen from it in the short time I have used it but am EXTREMELY frustrated with the Support to correct my issue.

    Support was extremely curt with me and was basically calling me an idiot in my e-mail stating that they responded promptly etc to my issue... If they did, then WHY am I still having ANY issues!

    Marse, can you PLEASE let me know what you did to resolve your issue as I cannot seem to find anyone who knows how to resolve mine! :mad:

    Send Prevx Help (the moderator) a PM. He will be able to sort things out for you. Sorry you are running into problems.

    Hi DTSkyCop

    I am sorry to hear about your issues with Prevx. From the time you initially installed the software, how many times have you 1: reinstalled your operating system and Prevx, or 2: reinstalled prevx?

    The error you are getting suggests that, for whatever reason, you have reinstalled PrevX.

    I must admit, my experience with Prevx support (not Joe) was a little "pointed." I listened to what "Threedogs" said to me and contacted Joe through the Private Message facility.

    When you complained to Prevx support, how did they contact you? Was it through your email or through the PrevX system?
