This skin is from version 2.70 .......my suggestion here

 

I wrote to ESET about this about a year and they answered that they will have to, but still stands so.

 

I know but your suggestion has 1 yr and eset don't make update

 

Never too late ....

In version 5 is in mind to put something new, since it will be a version planned from scratch ... it will be a breath of fresh air.


This version is more a "wait a little longer" soon to version 5 is about to leave.

 

I really don't understand what the problem is with that. I think this html page will always stay like this and we won't change it to a flash animation or whatever.

Nodyforever was make a very nice screen, why eset don't use it?

Nothing wrong with the current one. There are much better things they could be spending time on.

 

Agreed it is ugly but it makes you sit up and take notice.

 

dont know if im sentimental or something but the v2 gui was my fav. i simply prefer em clean and efficient, dont care about graphics that much. i would stick to this one....

 

Hello,

You can toggle Text Mode on and off in the Graphic User Interface for ESET v4 by opening it and pressing Ctrl+G. In this mode, the software displays minimal graphics and is navigable by keyboard.
